I have not played Monster Care Squad, but I'm loving this discussion about violence. As I'm working on my own TTRPG inspired by Gamma World and the old TSR games, I'm struck with how much violence is a built-in feature of those old systems. It takes some thoughtfulness to make it less of a default option and more of a one-of-many option.
